Logo Design: Icon and lettering, as a vector and in all sizes
A combination logo for a fictional company: icon and lettering as a vector file, a version for dark backgrounds, and the icon alone for favicon and app icon. Legibility and completeness are automatically checked.
Sample work (demo), not a client job. Built as a trial task with invented example data; the check figures below come from the automatic test run and are not polished.
What was built
- Icon and lettering as a vector: SVG and PDF, can be opened in Illustrator and Affinity
- Versions for light and dark backgrounds, plus monochrome black and white
- Icon alone for favicon and app icon, checked for legibility in small sizes
- Fictional company; for client work, name, colors, and style from your briefing
How it was checked
Automatic test run on 2026-10-31, taken from the log (test data invented, figures measured):
- Combination logo 1024x512 + icon: SVG rules of the skill adhered to, export PNG 16-2048 + PDF + black/white, RapidOCR reads 'NORDWERK HAUSDIENSTE' at 512 px, icon at 32 px area 0.64, 0 deviations
Limits
What this sample does not cover, so nobody expects more:
- Vector logos from shapes and system fonts (SVG/PDF/PNG); hand-drawn illustrations and mascot figures not checked
- Illustrator files (.ai) and EPS are not generated - SVG and PDF open in Illustrator, Affinity, and Inkscape
- Whether a logo is liked is decided by the client; rules, legibility, and completeness are checked by machine
- Trademark law: no research regarding risk of confusion with registered trademarks
