PCB Procurement: order-ready packages and verified component list
For the same sensor board: order packages for JLCPCB and PCBWay, price and stock of every component row from public data with source and time, verified replacement parts for out-of-stock items, and a quotation sheet without estimated figures.
Sample work (demo), not a client job. Built as a trial task with invented example data; the check figures below come from the automatic test run and are not polished.
What was built
- Packages in column format for JLCPCB and PCBWay (Gerber/drill ZIP, bill of materials, pick-and-place file)
- every component row with price, stock, source, and retrieval time; 'not available' is shown if there is no source
- out-of-stock passives with verified substitutes of the same package size, deviations noted

How it was checked
Automatic test run on 2026-10-31, taken from the log (test data invented, figures measured):
- 15/15 BOM rows live with price+stock+URL, remainder 'not available' (28 requests)
- 0 substitution proposals live checked
- substitution logic passed with dummy (value+package size remain, deviations noted)
Limits
What this sample does not cover, so nobody expects more:
- Files only: no ordering, no payment, no negotiation, no supplier network, no quality inspection of actual PCBs, no customs/shipping management
