Automation: Form Responses Become a Weekly Report

Every Monday a workflow summarizes last week's responses to a feedback form and sends a short overview by email. Described with the result, without the workflow file.

Sample work, not a client job. The business and all figures are invented, so you can see what the work looks like before you order anything.

What the workflow does

  1. Monday, 7 a.m.: fetch the responses to the feedback form from the last seven days
  2. Count: number, average rating, share of “would recommend”
  3. Summarize the three most frequent topics from the free-text answers (AI step with a fixed brief)
  4. A short email to the owner, with a comparison to the previous week
  5. If a response source is missing or a step fails: a warning instead of an empty report

What the result looks like

Feedback week 41: 23 responses (previous week 17), average 4.4 of 5 (4.2), 87 % would recommend. Most frequent topics: waiting time on the phone, friendly team, finding parking.

Invented figures. Built with n8n, just as doable with Make or Zapier. Whoever commissions the workflow receives the workflow file.
