Why this structure
A quote is turned down when it stays unclear what is included. That is why “What is not included” has a slide of its own, and the next step is concrete: yes by email, invoice, start after payment.

Starting point. The existing site is eight years old, hard to read on a phone, and appointments are only made by phone. New patients ask the same five things on the phone.
Goal. A page that says within five seconds on a phone: which treatments, where, which insurers, how to get an appointment. Fewer calls for standard questions.
Scope. Home page, services, team, insurers & prices, directions, contact. Texts revised, photos of the practice added, appointment request by form to the practice's email.
Process. 1. Collect content (one week) · 2. Draft to look at · 3. One round of corrections · 4. Move to the existing address · 5. Short briefing on making changes
Timeline. Three weeks from receipt of the content. The old site stays online until the new one is approved.
What is not included. Online appointment booking with calendar connection, photo shoot, ongoing maintenance. Available as a separate quote on request.
Next step. Yes or questions by email. After the yes comes the invoice, work begins after payment is received. Fixed price as quoted, no hourly billing.
